Join OC Bites for a ‘behind the scenes’ tour of Melissa’s Produce, the largest distributor of specialty produce in the United States.
Robert Schueller, Marketing Director and Produce Guru will lead the group on a tour through Melissa’s warehouse and packing line. We’ll join Chef Ida and Chef Tom in Melissa’s 1600 sq. ft. test kitchen for a seasonal lunch and tasting of the best of the current crops.
